Tein George- Chairman
Tein George attended the Universtity of Nigeria, Nsukka and graduated with a Bsc. (Hons) Finance. He later went on to the University of Lagos for his Post Graduate education earning an MBA with distinction in 1984. He started his career as a banker working with First City Merchant Bank Ltd and later with Nigeria International Bank Ltd (now Citibank) where he worked in the Treasury and Corporate Banking divisions of the bank till 1991.

Mr. George has been active in business with interest in Oil & Gas and Real Estate and has been the Managing Director of Sealand Oilfield Services Ltd which provides services in the construction area of the oil & gas industry. He has also been active in providing high level strategic and commercial advisory services to major energy companies in Nigeria, helping them to grow their business rapidly.

Mr. George currently runs Seametric Engineering Ltd which provides design engineering services to the oil & gas industry and is currently the Chairman of Aveon Offshore Limited Nigeria, the largest locally owned oil & gas fabrication yard in the country.

Chijioke Igwe- Vice chairman
Chijioke Igwe is a 1982 Civil Engineering graduate of University of Nigeria Nsukka. He has over 25 years of diverse experience in the oil and gas industry working in different capacities, starting out as a field engineer through different positions of responsibility in international Oil & Gas service organizations in Nigeria and overseas.

He is a member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers. He is currently the Managing Director of DeltaLift Resources Nigeria Ltd, an Oil & Gas enterprise consulting company operating out of Lagos and Port Harcourt and is the Vice-Chairman of the Board for Aveon Offshore Limited.

Alozie Agada- Director
Alozie Agada has more than 30 years experience in the oil and gas industry with extensive involvement in grass root development of all facets of Oil and Gas surface facilities. These exposures have uniquely earned him qualification as subject matter expert in several phases of project development especially planning for Development, engineering, Construction & Project management.

He has project engineering and management experience spanning the globe - Nigeria, USA, Venezuela, France, Malaysia and Indonesia. He retired from ExxonMobil in 2009 after over twenty-nine year service and previously worked as pioneer staff for the startup and commissioning of the Warri Refinery, NNPC (1978 & 1980). He currently sits on the board of several companies, both in and outside of Nigeria.

Ken Dan- Anyiam- Director
Kenneth Dan- Anyiam has over 20 years experience in strategic business development consulting in Government, Defense and Oil and Gas industries. His expertise lies in Conceptualizing and implementing projects in the local and international arena. He is an experienced negotiator and entrepreneur with well over a dozen major projects to his credit involving complex transactions with multinational corporations.

He has a in Economics from the University of Lagos and has participated in several courses, workshops and seminars in various areas including the Owner Manager Program (OMP) of the Lagos Business School.
Kenneth is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Nexus Alliance Limited.

Frederic Gere
Frederic Gere graduated as a Mining Engineer of Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines de Nancy (France) in 1986. He has 25 years work experience in Construction of Oil & Gas infrastructures ( Offshore jackets and topsides, Oil & NGL export terminals, Pipelines, Compression stations, Subsea structures) either in project or corporate positions. He worked on various assignments with Bouygues Offshore/Saipem in Congo, Nigeria, France and Singapore as site engineer, construction manager, project manager and proposal manager. He was also in charge of the Offshore Division of Grinaker LTA M&E based in Johannesburg covering Nigeria, Angola and South Africa and since 2008, he has been the Managing Director of Aveon Offshore following the sale of Grinaker Construction Nigeria to Nigerian investors by the South African owners. Mr. Gere is a French citizen and currently lives in Lagos, Nigeria.
