Our cutting-edge fabrication yard in Port Harcourt boasts an impressive capacity to produce over 10,000 tons of steel structures annually. We specialise in the fabrication of complex offshore components such as topsides, bridges, decks, process skids, jackets, pressure vessels, manifolds, control modules, suction piles, and subsea tree elements.

Our Story
Aveon Offshore is Nigeria’s largest engineering and fabrication services company, with a history rooted in excellence and growth. Founded in 1999 in Rumuolumeni, Obio Akpo Local Government Area, Port Harcourt, the company began as Grinker LTA, a South African construction and engineering group with expertise across multiple sectors. In 2007, Aveon Offshore proudly became a fully Nigerian-owned offshore support services provider, marking a new chapter of independence and national commitment.
Since then, our fabrication facilities have expanded from 30,000 square metres to an impressive 330,000 square metres. They now feature a 200-metre waterfront, a 100-metre jetty, and a 51-metre-long slipway with a depth of 15 metres at high tide and 12 metres at low tide. Through continuous growth in capability, capacity, and accountability, Aveon Offshore remains committed to delivering reliable, high-quality services that add value to every project.
